We stayed in this apartment on a surf trip with a group of friends. The apartment is much more impressive in person than on the photos. Set over three levels, very comfortable rooms, lots of pings space and an incredible open terrace on the top floor with a jacuzzi. You can see the beach from almost every window and the place has all the modern touches you could ask for. 5 minutes walk max to rainbow bay beach and close to cafes restaurants and supermarkets. I would definitely book again 👍 The only small negative was the very early checkout time of 9am but to be fair the RBR office organised a later checkout as soon as we asked so hard to fault.

Beautiful views, nice apartment for large group as 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, over 3 floors, but a lot of stairs. Beaches close by are stunning and lots of nice restaurants around. A really nice beachy atmosphere. Apartment quite well equipped but some things lacking especially considering the high price, ie. no bins in bedrooms, bathrooms or on rooftop, kitchen bench was very dirty on arrival, loads of sand in the spa, downstairs shower floods the floor, no spare toilet paper, early checkout of 9am, cheap hairdryer heated up and stopped working, couldn’t get upstairs dishwasher to work, Note, 4th bedroom small with no wardrobe and off the lounge room but worked fine for us. Good to have washing machine.

Communicated with RBR prior to booking if AC in bedrooms, advised there is. Upon check in, the AC in main befroom was not working, leaking water down the inside wall onto floorboards, therefore could not be used. Called RBR immediately as floor nearly flooded when we left it on for 30 mins while downstairs. They advised us they knew of the fault, owner had gotten a quote but no work done to repair. They were happy to take our booking knowing it was broken. It was repaired following afternoon only after we said we would need to vacate if not repaired as room too hot to sleep in. We had no amenities such as extra toilet paper (apart from what was on holder), no dishwashing liquid, bin liners or washing liquid. Advised by RBR that cleaners forgot to stock. We ended up purchasing all ourselves. Nice clean place & location good but we were charged a premium price for our stay and left disappointed. Told by RBR we would be compensated for first night but never heard back from them.
