The neighborhood was nice and safe. It was a nice, clean home. Jake was communicative and responsive. The only issue that I had was the person in the room next to me was extremely loud; through all hours of the night. He had overnight guests and he did not respect the after 10pm quiet time and courteous rule, at all. I did communicate about the issue, but it continued to happen over the length of my stay.
