Hi and welcome to the sweet cabin life! Nestled in the beautiful mountains of Brian Head Utah our cabin boasts 4100 square feet of comfortable living for your stay. Equipped with 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, private hot tub, and a beautiful wrap-around deck to enjoy the view. Cozy wood burning fireplaces. Enjoy the beautiful master suite with a gas burning fireplace on its own level with a beautiful loft overlooking the entire main floor. We have a snowcat available for your use for $145 per stay. ** WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR HOLIDAYS - SAME RATE EVERYDAY** Cabin is equipped with two Xbox units (one on each floor) as well as a Wi gaming system. Kids and adults alike can enjoy the Stiga ping pong table as well as a two-basketball hoop game to challenge each other for family fun. We are located just minutes away from the ski lifts. Each bedroom, bathroom, and living areas have its own heater and thermostat so guests can enjoy their personal preference for desired heat. Master bedroom has 1 king bed; loft has a fold-out futon and a full-size bed with a twin-size bunk bed above; both main floor bedrooms have 1 queen size bed; basement bedroom #1 has king size; basement bedroom #2 has a full-size lower bunk bed with a twin-size bunk above the full-size and a separate twin size bed. Beds can reasonably sleep 16 people. Couches, as well as some pull-out mattresses in the basement closet can accommodate several more people.

we had a blast here! the only thing was having to do so many trips to and from the car and then having to walk out. the beds weren’t made the best but luckily i had seem a previous review about that and so i kind of expected that and wasn’t bothered by it! stasia was so kind and so quick with response while we were there. loved it! we will be back !
The Sweet Cabin Life is a beautiful home and accommodated our group of 16 very well. The house was very comfortable and warm, and well stocked with everything we needed. The surroundings are incredibly serene and it was the perfect place to take a break from our daily hustle and bustle. Take advantage of opportunities to ski at Brian Head and snowmobile at Thunder Mountain Sports. Our group had a great time with these activities. The “snowmobile in” feature was different for us and took a bit to get used to but became easy to navigate once we had done it a few times. Use of the Argo was critical for us, as we stayed for a week and brought lots of gear and food with us. The cabin is about .5 miles from the parking area and is pretty much all up hill on the way back. Stasia and her husband Kelly, were proactive and prompt in responding to ensure we had a great visit. They truly were the best hosts I have experienced after years of renting through AirBNB and VRBO. Great place!

Wintertime: driving direct access to the cabin by standard vehicles is unavailable from late November to April. There is a parking area located about 1/2 mile from the cabin property for guests to park their vehicles during these winter months. Access to the property limited to snow vehicles only such as snowmobiles or snowcats.
Summertime: plenty of parking is available at the property to comfortable park around 6-8 vehicles at a time. Additional parking is also located about 1/2 mile from the property.
