The clean interior design, the open layout, and the cozy high end furnishings are sure to make for a luxurious stay! Enjoy the large lanai with plenty of space to dine, lounge, and gather right in front of the ocean. Relax to the waves and catch unforgettable views of dolphins/whales (seasonal) playing out in the brilliant blue waters. Start your day on the large private lanai, sipping freshly brewed Kona coffee right on the ocean. Unwind after a day in paradise with a beverage of choice in hand as you watch the sun sink into the pacific ocean right in front of you. Both bedrooms have King sized beds, with comfortable Sealy memory foam hybrid mattresses and hotel quality white cotton sheets. Both bathrooms have walk-in tiled showers with on-demand hot water. The living room features a large 75" Samsung Smart TV with cable channels available through Spectrum, as well as access any of your streaming services. A Roku device is available as well. The kitchen is well stocked with basic cooking supplies and ingredients, and equipped with modern appliances including a freezer with an ice maker. A Washer/Dryer with laundry supplies are available in the unit. Beach/Pool towels, portable beach chairs and an umbrella, a boogie board, and ice coolers are provided for your use. The condo has central air conditioning.

Brittany is a wonderful host! We were celebrating our 40th anniversary! She added little touches to help us celebrate! The condo exceeded any expectation! The photos are good, but the room is amazing! Every little detail right down to everything nicely labeled. Immaculate!! The location made a great “base camp” We stayed 12 days. Loved every minute!
Brittany is an amazing host, she provided excellent customer service from start to finish! The condo is breathtaking, the pictures don’t do it justice!! We loved everything about the condo, and Brittany’s well thought out instructions and labels throughout the condo were extremely helpful! I had a slight issue with my initial booking, and Brittany was understanding and helped me cancel and rebook, without a hitch. My husband and I, along with our friend can’t say enough good things about the condo, and would definitely book again, if available on our next visit to Kailua Kona. Mahalo Brittany 🌺
Brittany's place is incredible. We loved, loved, loved our stay there. The space is much bigger and better appointed than we expected--no clutter and all the extras (like boogie board, coolers, board games, etc.) are cleanly stowed away. The ocean view was gorgeous and the lanai was so spacious and comfortable, I never wanted to go inside! My kids loved the pool and everyone in the building I saw/interacted with was friendly and polite. The coffee bar was well stocked and Brittany left a nice welcome card and snacks for our arrival. And if the space and hospitality wasn't enough (it honestly felt like a boutique resort), when my young son left a beloved stuffed animal, Brittany shipped it back to the mainland for us! Mahalo for making this space wonderful and welcoming! We can't wait to return :)

This condo is located on Ali’i Drive, which is an easy drive to many restaurants, shops, and activities. The location also has easy access to Hawaii Belt Road for excursions to other parts of the island.
Just 2 miles away is Historic Kona Village with restaurants, stores, historic landmarks, farmer's markets, activities, and more.
There is a small convenience store within walking distance. Target, Safeway, and Walmart are 10-15 min drive. Costco is about a 20 min drive.
The condo has an easily accessed assigned covered parking spot for your rental car.
The free Kona Trolley stops right in front of the condo building every hour and provides easy transportation to local favorites including Keauhou Shopping Center, Kahalu'u Beach Park, Magic Sands Beach Park, Kona Brewing Co., Coconut Grove Market Place, Historic Kona Village, and Target
