I had a wonderful stay. The location is easily reachable, making it convenient for travelers. The owner shows a great attitude, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming experience. The room was neat and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I recently stayed at this place for 4 days with my family and it exceeded all my expectations. The co-host Priya Madam was friendly and approachable. The rooms were much spacious than what we are seeing in photographs. The main attraction is living room and it is super spacious, elegantly furnished. Bedrooms have AC's (split type). Kitchen was provided with all basic amenities including fridge, washing machine etc. The location was also ideal, situated within the walking distance from town. Overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay in Cochin.

Had a great ‘neat and clean’ stay for around 5 days. Everything went well right from Check-in to Check-out. The host was communicative and provided great help for anything and everything that was needed. Good place to stay for those travelling to Kochi. Nice and very accessible place for both Public and Private transports. Overall, very happy with the stay. 😊

House is spacious with nicely done interiors. Private staircase up to the first floor with a shared balcony. Quiet surroundings. Bedroom AC works - doesn't chill though, just cools a bit. Well stocked kitchen. Communication with hosts was good, they were very helpful.

Aakash's place is the perfect home away from home. My wife and I stayed for a month. The location is incredible. No issues with Zomato, Swiggy, Ola, and Uber. Everything you need is within walking distance - groceries, pharmacy, supermarket, metro station. Despite residing in the bustling, urban suburb of Kaloor it's peaceful, green, and feels super safe. The house is spacious, clean, and wonderfully decorated. It's one of the rare instances where reality is better than the photos. All amenities were exactly as described and everything worked! Saving the best for last - the host family. Aakash and family were easily the best part of our stay. Extremely welcoming and helpful. The trivial issues that came up were resolved within the hour. This truly was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and we're already thinking of going back!
