We had a great long weekend here. Nicole is one of the most responsive Airbnb hosts we’ve ever had, and her place is cozy and comfortable. It's a small apartment in an old house, and the decor is somewhat lacking, but it had all of the most important things: a comfortable bed, great pillows, fluffy towels, and a well-stocked kitchen. It was really clean in all the important places, too (kitchen and bathroom), but there are things in old houses that you just can't get sparkling clean, and there were a few spiderwebs and cobwebs, too (this is the reason for my 4-star cleanliness rating). The location was not the best, but there was more to Rochester than we expected, and it’s convenient to a lot of great places too. For us, it was an easy 1/2 hour drive to Sugarbush, and about 1/2 hour to Middlebury. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place to those who don't mind the quirks of an older house.

My second stay at Nicole 's apartment. Great location, half way between Killington and Sugarbush (so one can ski both) lovely place, Nicole is a great host, very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

This cozy getaway tucked in the heart of Rochester, was an absolute dream for my boyfriend and myself! We spent the day on the slopes at Sugarbush and ended the nights at docs and maple soul! You cannot beat the surrounding views and the locals make you feel right at home. We will definitely be back soon!

The stay at Nicole’s place went really well, it sits in a quiet location and it’s close to the Killington ski resort. The apartment comes with a full kitchen and living room, which is very nice for a ski trip!
