Top floor features full kitchen with a granite island bar that seats 4 that connects to living area with 2 cozy, leather recliners that face the fireplace and flat screen TV. Walk past the living area and you'll find a cute sunroom overlooking the bayou. This room features a sitting area and extra dining space. The upstairs features 3 bedrooms: a master suite with an attached bathroom and whirlpool tub, a secondary bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a loft room with 2 single beds. This top floor also an additional full bathroom and separate laundry room. The bottom level features a wrap around porch equipped with picnic table, bbq pit, porch swing, bonus outdoor half-bath, and outdoor sink for cooking. Steps away you'll find the private pier equipped with a fish-cleaning station, and outdoor fire pit. Venture indoors to find a comfortable living area, a full kitchen that seats 7, a foosball table, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. Primary downstairs bedroom has a king sized bed, and the secondary bedroom features a full-sized bunk bed. Downstairs also features a stacked washer and dryer for guest's convenience.

We enjoyed our stay at Bayou Fever. It was exactly what we needed. We wish we could have spent more time enjoying the view from the porch & patio. Our host, Tammy was very nice and responsive. 10 out of 10.
Hidden gem. Great place to stay. Had plenty of room for our crew. Split level was awesome for entertaining. House was well stocked with linens, towels, cooking items, all essentials. Tammy was great very responsive and clear communication. Thanks for providing such a great place. We will stay here again.

The place was magical; everything was a visual masterpiece between the house, water, and swamp. We all loved the comfortable home, the vibe of the area and amenities, the dock, local bars on the water, the chorus of the swamps at night...I could go on and on. Tammy was a delight to talk to. She knew the information I needed to maximize my group's experience. She seems passionate about the area and knows how to host with expert talent. You can not go wrong with this place, and you will be in great hands. I would add a boat to your trip. It opens up the area, and if you have up to twelve people with you, it doesn't cost that much per person.
This house was absolutely perfect for our little group of friends. Absolutely beautiful view on the water. The house was very clean. The location of the property is right in the middle between Pierre Part and Morgan City and very convenient. Our whole group absolutely loved it. If we're every in the area again, I'll definitely be looking at this one again.

We are at the end of a private lane. Our neighbors also own their own private camps. The private lane borders a beautiful swamp area filled with large cypress trees. The front of our property also has a small pond area with about 15-20 cypress trees. Sounds of birds during the day and forest sounds at night.
We have a limestone driveway that can park 4-6 vehicles comfortably. One space for covered parking and room for boat trailer.
