Lovely house and perfect location. Had a few issues with the hot tub (NOT Gemma's fault). They sent people over asap to sort it out though and made sure that it worked. She was really easy to get hold of and really fast when the problem was raised. The house was perfect for 12 of us. The kids LOVED the huge garden and stage. We loved that you could walk into Bosham as well.

The Airbnb was such a beautiful place to stay. It was even nicer than the pictures. Gemma was extremely helpful answering questions in advance and on arrival. The house had a gorgeous big garden, multiple social areas which fit the whole group and had a lovely kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and a separate bar area. For future guests just worth knowing that there aren’t many serving dishes so you may want to bring these with you. Also good to know that there is a footpath which means the walk to the train station is much closer and you don’t have to walk the same route you have to drive. Thank you for a great stay!!

The property is great for a family birthday weekend. It is in a secluded area out in agricultural land. Turn the radiators up when you arrive and it warms up nicely. All bedrooms provide great accommodation, lounge areas are plentiful and the kitchen well stocked with appliances. The hot tub was warm and clean, a useful addition enjoyed on our weekend. The young children and dog enjoyed the large garden. The property is a 15 minute walk along a public path to a local pub (Ship Inn), mind the railway line crossing. The Bosham and Itchenor harbours are great for walks and peaceful. What's there not to like for a good 2 day break in March.......a lot more expensive in the summer. I can see why.....it's a great property. The host, Gemma, was quick to respond and the website provides useful activities and information on the area. Might need a torch for the key safe if arriving in the dark.....but entry was easy and parking plentiful.

This house is excellent and the photos absolutely don’t do it justice. We had an excellent birthday weekend with four young families. Great open kitchen, large dining table, two lounges and very comfortable bedrooms. The only things which would have made it perfect are one more bathroom and a bottle of kitchen spray! The garden is superb and has loads for kids to play with, the hot tub was clean and warm, the location is quiet but walkable into Bosham (just beware of all the dog poo on the path and the railway crossing!). We’d love to come back 👍🏼
