Have a relaxing holiday with the family or a group of friends in this calm, tidy and cozy house. The apartment has the basic amenities (incl. electricity, running water, indoor wc and sauna). Spend your days in the nature fishing, skiing, hiking or picking berries and return to the apartment's soft baths (Harvia´s wood sauna). Good connections guarantee that remote work is possible. Bed linen and towels available for an additional fee. Please contact the owner before your visit. The house is old but kept clean. All rooms are on a one level, no stairs. There are three bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. There are also 2 guest mattresses and a cot. The large living room guarantees comfort even for a larger group. The living room has 2 sofas, one is a sofa bed. The apartment has a large warm storage room where you can dry and store your belongings. There is also a washing machine in the storage. The apartment is located a short walk from the shore of Lake Lokka, where you can also find a public hut. The house is surrounded by a large fenced yard with plenty of space for both children and dogs to play around. There is also a charcoal grill on the property. During winter, you may also be able to enjoy the northern lights in the yard.

Very helpful host. Guided all possible things to be taken tare or to know before we reach there. The cottage is located located bit far from city locality, so a perfect place if you are looking for a calm peaceful vacation. Just a 100/200 meters walk - and you could stand beside the lake. Or take a walk in the trails of woods. Look through the windows - eyes will go beyond the horizon. Serenity is all around the place. Talking about the cottage, its supper equipped with almost everything that one could need to enjoy the stay. Specially the kitchen - you find every single thing for your cooking need. Loved it! Living rooms and bedrooms were very clean and tidy. Comfortable living room furnitures to relax with family or friends with a cup of coffee or even with drinks. Mobile network connectivity was excellent. Special thing to mention about the cottage location from our opinion is about northern lights. The cottage is situated probably best to enjoy northern light during the winter.
Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay at Emmi’s place. Everything was clean, the kitchen was very well equipped. Firewood was prepared for us in the sauna. Emmi was always super quick with a response. She gave us really nice tips for things to do around the area. She also arranged a tour for us with a local man who lives close by. We were at his farm feeding reindeers, on a sleigh ride, and some other things. And the price was REALLY good compared to bigger businesses in the area. The only downside is the additional price for the bedsheets and towels. Luckily we had our own car so we had plenty of space to bring our own. To sum it up. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience Lapland and enjoy beautiful nature. I’m also thinking that I’ll come back one day. Without any exaggeration I would say it was one of my best vacations ever 😊.

Kyseessä noin 40 vuotta vanha omakotitalo, hieno retromeininki. Kahdeksan hengen porukkamme mahtui tiloihin hyvin nukkumaan ja puuhaamaan. Keittiö ei kovin tilava, mutta kaikki mahtuivat kuitenkin samaan ruokapöytään. Sijainti todella hyvä, maisemakävelyille pääsee ilman autolla siirtymistä. Rauhallinen ympäristö, meistä ei ollut haittaa naapureille eikä heistä meille. Erityinen kiitos puulämmitteiselle saunalle, todella makeat löylyt!
