Erika’s place is absolutely lovely. It’s a few minutes walk from the beach so you’re away from the noise of beachside bars but are still close enough such that getting to the beach is pretty straightforward. The porch is lovely and has a great view of a quaint farm setting. Erika is very helpful, the wifi worked great, and the interior design is tastefully done.

My friends and I booked this place for our barkada reunion in Elyu, and it was really a great experience overall. Erika's place is a great find -- clean, modern interiors, fast wifi, complete amenities, added to the fact that it's a short distance away from Urbiztondo beach (Clean Beach, Flotsam, etc), but without the hassle of having to find parking or being in a crowded and loud area at night. Erika and Martin were responsive to our questions and requests, and the other tenants within the compound are nice and friendly. We got to use the kitchen for dinner during our last night, and everything was working great. My friends and I are looking forward to book this place again for our next Elyu trip! PS. the Red Flags card game was a hit!

We booked Erika’s, PJ’s and Martin’s place very last minute (a day before!) and luckily they responded right away to accommodate us. The place was very clean and same as in the photos. It is a bit of a walk to the Surftown but still walkable and the area is really peaceful. Their place is very homey and we really enjoyed our stay as it’s very spacious, clean and peaceful. They were very proactive in sharing loca recos as well on where to visit and in case we needed anything. The place also already had drinking water so you don’t need to buy from outside anymore. Will definitely book here again!

Really great find. Tucked away from the town but still really walkable. Erika and Martin were really responsive and able to provide some recommendations while in town. Would definitely come back.

This place is very comfy for our vacation. Everything was of top standard, the decor throughout was lovely, clean and well maintained. Most importantly this place is pet friendly and this is near from the beach thats why this place is good for vacations. We will book again soon.
