Stayed for 15 days vacation/business…staff responses right away when in need of additional things in the kitchen. The infinite pool (37th floor) was my favourite and a good size of gym. Great views of the city. Great location too. Massage in the building makes it easier when in need, cheaper than going outside. The office space was good too however, internet was slow especially when opening files. Cooking equipment was good. Good security system. My family and I felt safe. To be aware of: The floors need updating as it was peeling, rough on feet so be sure to wear sleepers. I was stressed because of the bugs in the kitchen, small cockroaches are everywhere and in the bathroom so that throw me off. Bedroom ACs are a bit noisy from time to time but got through it. Overall stay was okay due to bugs but other than that, a good place to stay if no bugs at all. Oh and, I do not recommend onsite laundry services. My clothes are ruined. :( Thank you to the staff for prompt assistance. M 🇨🇦

Roaches were unbelievable. the staff from the building came during dinner wanting 5000 pesos because of a broken rule fine. Access card over sight failure on there part, when I came there they got my info but didn't put a picture card together. The people argued at the door then barged further in for 25 30 minutes or so, ruined our dinner and our mood.. All just to get an apology from security as they said staff should have given me access card at time of verification and check in.
