The property is also located within half a mile of Leighton Hospital and within one mile of the Bentley campus making this apartment an ideal base for visitors or workers to both organisations. The property has free off road parking for up to three cars. In addition it has its own private entrance and is a bright and airy space to kick back & relax in! The whole apartment has been recently renovated and remodelled to a high standard providing a superb luxury living space to enjoy and relax in.

Chris went above and beyond! The place was exactly as described and shown in photos, perfectly clean and heating was on when we arrived. It’s clear Chris has taken a lot of time to make sure it has everything you could possibly need for a good stay. Kitchen well equipment Chris made contact before we arrived, was responsive when I made contact and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and again as we left to make sure we had had a good stay and everything was as we wanted which it was. I’d highly recommend this stay and host! Best one I’ve stayed in within this area
Stayed the night while working in the area. Well presented and clean, very comfortable with a great kitchen space.
Never made it due to the snow but as a host kept in touch and was totally understanding
Chris has been great! Very accommodating, kind and helpful. Lovely gentleman to speak to. Has been very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. Lovely place to stay with local shops nearby.
Great peaceful place with friendly owner highly recommend!
