This home features two master bedroom suites with their own private bathrooms. Nice separation of space with upstairs family room and downstairs gas fireplace. Home has been completely updated and renovated! The beach provides tide pools, sand dollar hunting, and access to the 804 Trail into Yachats. You can work from home anywhere, so why not Yachats by the beach in one of the pristine areas along the Central Oregon coast. Plenty of privacy and room to spread out in this 2,000+ square foot recently and fully remodeled, redecorated, and refurnished ocean view home just steps from miles of walkable beach. Upper family room ideal for whole family gatherings with large TV viewing area and separate game / worktable area. The spacious upper deck off the family room is perfect for viewing sunsets and rainbows over the ocean, lounging, and grilling. Fenced and partially grass dog run off modern kitchen and dining area. We stayed here for a month and worked remotely. We loved every second of it. The perfect beach house, it has everything you need and nothing more. The well stocked pantry helped with cooking meals and the beach is a one minute walk away. We love Yachats and have been several times and this is our favorite stretch of beach there. Our dogs love it too! Wifi met all our work needs. There was a regional outage one afternoon but was back up again in two hours and that can happen anywhere. Duke was always responsive and mostly left us alone. Would give ten stars if I could.
Duke was very helpful and always checked in on me, communication was outstanding, I would absolutely stay here again giving the opportunity to come back!

Single family residences on dead end street. No through access. Deeded access to beach.
The house has a Highway 101 N street address; however, it is actually located at the end of a private side street off HWY 101 N on the ocean side. We are the third house on the right, there is another home at the end of the drive to the south. The road transitions from asphalt to gravel and just after the curve is our deeded walking trail to the beach through a privately owned wetlands area. The short gentle walkway leads to miles of walkable sandy beach, and connection with the 804 Trail in Yachats. Downtown Yachats is about a 2-mile walk via this beach route.
There is plenty of free private and partially covered off street parking for you and your guests.
