We loved staying at Ranchita Maria! Zacatitos is a great little community with the perfect beach and a restaurant (Zac's) if you don't feel like cooking. The upstairs casita was perfect for our family. The beach is a 5 minute walk and has a lagoon for swimming, rocks for climbing, and tide pools to explore. Mary is a friendly and responsive host who offered great recs. She has created a beautiful little sanctuary and we're grateful we were able to enjoy it. We hope to return!

Wow!! What can we say about this place! It was an absolutely awesome holiday, Mary is a super cool host, and you cannot beat the location. A reasonable drive from town, away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by desert delights (donkeys, cacti, beautiful sunrises and sunsets) and of course…. The ocean! We will be back!

Mary was a gracious and very helpful host. The place was exactly as described and is a great location for those interested in access to great surfing on the East Cape. My son and I will be staying here again. Thanks Mary!
