The home has all of the character of a historic home with modern conveniences. The fun, eclectic decor fits perfectly in each room. There are several books about the area that were very helpful! Jeff was an awesome communicator & provided great local recommendations for eating & using mass transit. High recommendations (only possible negative is there are many stairs if that's a challenge for anyone.)

Beautiful house and lovely location with easy access to central Boston. With 6 of us an Uber to the station was most cost effective and convenient. The host provided a first class service and responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely recommend and if visiting Boston again wouldn't hesitate to book another stay here. It is clear why this rental / host has 5 well deserved stars.

Jeffrey's place was perfect for a little reunion with my daughter and 15 month old granddaughter. The house was filled with lots of artistic touches. I really liked the comfy sunroom off of the kitchen/dining room. The living room was perfect for watching TV and having a glass of wine after the baby went to sleep. We loved that we could walk to local restaurants and the beach. A great location and attentive hosts!

The Day-Burrill-Wadsworth-La Voix House was a dream in every sense of the word! Jeff and Christine were the perfect hosts—they provided a pristine, well equipped, thoughtfully laid out home that lacked for nothing. There were several comfortable sleeping arrangements and it accommodated our family of 5 plus grandma comfortably. On top of providing helpful recommendations for what to do and where to eat in the area, they kindly accommodated our unique situation as we were traveling for medical reasons. Overall, if you are visiting Boston and looking for a great place to stay with historical charm, this is the place. We hope to come back here soon!

Jeffrey and Christine are fantastic host! The property we stayed at was unique, clean and easy to access. All of the instructions were clear and concise. If there were any problems they had always made it known that we can ask and they would get to it right away. Location is very quiet even with the airport being there. It is very close to Boston if you have a car. Plenty of towels are provided, a washer & dryer for longer stays, and a lovely bottle of wine and pink Moscato to top it off. There is only one bathroom but overall you'll have a nice time using the property as a place to wind down after a long day exploring Boston!
