We have stayed in this complex (in another apartment) before and really enjoyed it, this apartment however is in need of some serious maintenance and updates. When we entered the smell of mold was overwhelming and we immediately realized that the door to the patio didn’t lock at all. We notified reception and Natalie only to be told that the maintenance team had gone home for the week-end (and wouldn’t be back for 2 days). It was never repaired during our stay and we slept with one eye open and we took our valuables with us each time we left the building. There unfortunately was a mouse that was living in the apartment with us. We weren’t supplied with drinking water, shampoo and hand soap, we requested them when we checked in at 4pm, they decided to deliver them after 11pm. The washing machine doesn’t work properly, it left our clothes sopping wet. It’s really too bad, with a little more attention and investment in better furniture and art, this could be an incredible condo.

Proche de tout! plage juste en face et 5eme avenue à moins de 10 minutes en marche. Le logement est pareil aux photos, pas le luxe mais ça nous a pas dérange car tout ce qu'on voulait étais si proche! Je recommande !

We really enjoyed our week staying at The Elements. The pool is definitely the best part! The apartment opening out onto a patio right beside the pool is perfect. The Elements beach club was steps away and very nice. Loved the fish tacos and guacamole! The private beach was nice during the weekdays and in the evenings, but other than that there were usually a lot of boats in the water so swimming was difficult. Also, if you have kids, you aren’t really able to sit in the private seating and still see your kids swimming. But the apartment had beach chairs, which came in handy. There is a beach only a few blocks away called Encanto Beach that was well worth the cost to rent a chair/bed. Good food and a great, clean, not crowded beach. The host was able to arrange transport to and from the airport that worked very well. Overall very satisfied!

The Elements, where Nat's condo is, is beautiful. It's on the ground floor right outside the pool. It's very secure and we never had a problem finding parking right at the entrance of the property. It's on the beach and the beach from has great chairs and umbrellas and a bar. We walked up to 10th ave in the evening and enjoyed all it had to offer. It's a great location, it's lovely, I wouldn't hesitate to book this again.
