Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Set on 47 acres, on a working farm, our well equipped 37’ RV sleeps up to 5. Enjoy the outdoors & then rest in a climate controlled sanctuary. On the property wild animals are in abundance. You may see deer, turkey, cows, chickens, squirrels, cats & dogs. Enjoy the fresh air and clear night sky or take a walk or drive down the road to visit the cows and our farmer friend, Mr. Brian. Peace and quiet is what you will experience. Our 37’ RV is a great way to experience glamping. The RV has 50 amp electricity that enables the two zone air conditioning and heating, as well as the kitchen appliances and lights. The boondocking part means that the RV does not have a water or sewer connection, so there will be very limited water usage. A total of 50 gallon total usage during the stay will be available. This will allow for short & quick water tasks like toilet use, hand washing and dish washing. If staying for one night only a very quick shower may be possible. Gauges show the approximate amount of available water. Guests are welcome to use the pool house bathroom with a shower during their stay. (Picture in the exterior pictures.) The RV has a kitchen area that includes a double sink, small stove/oven, microwave, full size refrigerator with freezer, and tv with a dvd player. Small appliances available for use include a 3 cup rice cooker, toaster, small coffee maker, griddle and skillet. Plates, cups, bowls, utensils, pasta not with strainer, basic seasonings, dish brush with soap, can opener, tong, spatulas, cutting boards and grill spatula will ready for use. Sleeping arrangements include the bedroom with a short king bed, 2 bunks, a pull down full bed in the living area, and the dining table converts to a small twin size bed. 4 adults max would sleep comfortably, with an additional 2 children. Bed sheets, pillows, kitchen dish cloths, toilet paper, towels and wash cloths will be provided. ***Blankets will need to be brought if desired. *** A propane grill, fire pit, chairs and table will be outside for guest use. You're welcome to bring your own firewood, but we also have options available. My daughter has chopped her own firewood into large bundles, which you can purchase for $9 each. If you prefer, you can also pre-request the firewood when you book your reservation. I appreciate texts alerting us to any issues. If after 11pm, there may be a delay in getting back to you. No parties or large functions at this time. If you are planning to have a party or gathering, please note, this will not be tolerated and your reservation will be immediately cancelled and guests vacated from our property. There is a $1,000 fine for any illegal party or gathering. For any exceptions, you must have written permission from us prior to your arrival ONLY. Avoidable fees: -Smoking indoors- Cigarettes, marijuana, pipes etc- minimum $250 -Excessive messes $80 per hour -Party fine $1,000 and immediate removal -Extra guests above the ones on the reservation $150 per guest per night. -Dogs- We charge a minimal pet fee, so we just ask that pets are not allowed in beds or furniture as removing pet hair is very time consuming and this will incur an extra charge from our cleaning crew of $80 per hour and we would have to pass that to our guests. We appreciate your understanding. The fees are the unfortunate result of guests not respecting our space, so we like to disclose this up front. Save your money. It will get expensive if you break the rules.
