This is the perfect location in Mestia. The house is off of the main road, so it is private and quiet and has a lovely view of the mountains. At the same time it is a quick walk to the town center and all restaurants and shops, as well as the museum and ski lift. Ljuba was very friendly and helpful via message, and her colleagues Giorgio and Isabela who met us for check in were friendly and helpful too. Giorgi arranged a guide and driver for us to go to Ushguli, and even offered to come light the fireplace if we could not. Heaters in the bedrooms and even in the bathrooms was great, and it was a luxury to have every room en suite. We happily recommend this accommodation and would be lucky to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Giorgi and Izabela's place. There was excellent communication with the owners before and during the stay. The house is large, clean, warm and comfortable. There is a modern kitchen to prepare meals, and the main street of Mestia is 10 minutes away. We will stay there again the next trip to Mestia.

We had such a wonderful time at Victoria Villa. The hosts were incredibly friendly and hospitable - they recommended walking tracks and restaurants in town, and even sharing with us some local cuisine and home made wine. The villa was cute and well stocked with everything we need. We hugged the log-fire with plenty of fire-wood supplied and enjoyed the location (everything within walking distance). Thanks for such a wonderful winter visit in Mestia

This home is very cozy and makes you feel like home. The views are mesmerising especially in the winter time. The host was very helpful and fulfilled all of our needs. The experience at this place is absolutely worth it!

The property is beautiful with a fireplace in the living room. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen, two bathrooms, responsive host - these all made the stay comfortable. They provided heaters for each room. Host was very helpful in helping us figure out things to do locally.
