Convenient location if you need to be near Cornell. Access to apt not super easy with kids and stroller. Did not have queen beds as promised. Beds were full and small.

Place was great, renovated and very clean. Provided coffee and wine , a lot of toiletries that we would have used if we didn’t bring our own. Only issues were a couple spiders in the master bathroom and the bedroom that we took care of, and a side door which could not be locked due to the aging of the wood. Very safe neighborhood so did not worry. Hosts mentioned they will fix it. Would stay again.

Benjamin was very easy to contact and communicate with. The property was in perfect location, was very clean, and had all the amenitites you could need and a lot of space. Highly recomend.

This is a great place to stay for any family or group wishing to have a walkable location with access to the downtown of Ithaca, which is really cute and has good restaurants. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the inside is beautiful and has a cute backyard. Very relaxing.

Great place. Location was perfect! Very walkable to everything downtown. Beds were comfortable. Loved the piano.
