Welcome to Boho House- a rural sanctuary just minutes from downtown ithaca. Our bohemian themed home provides 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and living room. Since the modern bohemian still has an office job we have high speed internet and lots of places to work including a dual monitor setup ready for your Zoom calls and spreadsheets. Outside enjoy distant views, campfire, picnic table, and BBQ. *Note that the home is 1/2 of a duplex. All indoor and outdoor spaces are private.

Very nice stay on a rainy, wet weekend visit to Ithaca. Great place to relax and visit with our daughter.
Evan’s place was spacious, beautifully organized, and fully equipped. We stayed two nights with our pup to catch the solar eclipse and avoid the traffic from and to New York. We are glad we did.
This house was perfect for our long weekend in Ithaca. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our party of six. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Ithaca.

Boho House is set on 7 rural acres and provides a feeling of privacy and relaxation. 7 minutes to Downtown Ithaca. 10 minutes to Cornell. 4 minutes to Ithaca College.

Hi there, we’re Evan and Stephanie. A bit about us... Steph is a designer and project manager for a leading cosmetics brand. She has an architecture degree from Northeastern and loves a good design challenge. Evan graduated from Ithaca College and works in real estate tech. We recently decided to start our new venture as Airbnb hosts (with Stephanie’s design input of course) and we’re excited to share our homes with you.
