Brand new building in the heart of college town. This 2 story apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with plenty of living space and in unit washer and dryer. Located one floor below is a state-of-the-art gym to enjoy. Just a few minutes from Collegetown and Cornell this is perfect for a quick Cornell reunion, visiting a student or just enjoying all the area has to offer. This first-floor unit has a large kitchen and living area with one bed and bath on the first floor. Two bedrooms and a bath are located on the second floor and accessed through an internal stairwell in the unit. All beds are full-size beds.

Location is extremely convenient we walked everywhere. Place is clean and well equipped for a weekend stay. We would definitely return.

Convenient location w/parking and extremely clean! This rental has it all! It felt brand new and included everything we needed for a long weekend! Small details such as coffee, laundry detergent, paper towels and dishwasher soap were added bonuses! The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit comes with one reserved parking space. If you have additional cars, you will need to find street parking in the area.

Lansing Harbor is Cayuga Lake's premier Marina. Choose from The Lake House, a cabin, a houseboat on the water, or a camper. All vary in size and amenities, but you are guaranteed a great time with any option! At the Marina, our season is from April 1st - to October 31st for the cabins and houseboats. The Lake House is available all year! New in 2023-24, we are also hosting in our newly built Collegetown units near downtown Ithaca and Cornell.
