I have stayed with him several times and always like to come back." This 443m² apartment has been recently refurbished in great style and awaits you with a fresh & modern design. In addition, the apartment features a terrace of about 6m². The location is good: Walking distance to public transportation that will take you to our most livable capital city 'Vienna' in no time. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee on the terrace and enjoy all the other nice amenities of this studio. The apartment has one bedrooms, with a comfortable double bed, a large smart TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge and everything you need. The new bathroom has a shower, there is also a washing machine in the apartment. Of course, we provide you with fresh towels and all essential utensils like shower gel & shampoo at your arrival. The apartment also offers space for a third and fourth guest on the comfortable sofa bed. The apartment provides a parking lot for an extra charge. Moreover, public transport is nearby, which will take you directly to Vienna.

Asunto oli aluksi vähän hankala löytää, samoin avaimen luovutuspaikka. Illan pimeys toi vielä lisähaastetta löytämiseen. Vuokranantaja vastasi heti kyselyyn ja antoi selkeät ohjeet kuvien kera. Asunto oli erittäin siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Ainoastaan ilmoituksessa mainittu hiustenkuivaaja puuttui (käyttöohje löytyi mutta itse laitetta ei, olisiko lähtenyt jonkun matkaan?)
Very satisfied
The apartment is a good size, but it felt a bit like nodody had been in there for a while. The bathroom smelled a bit damp and there were a lot of small insects in there. The cutlery was dusty too, and the cooking pan was dirty. The communication wasn't the best. Part was in English, but the check in stuff was in German. The photos for check in had been taken on a bright sunny day, and didn't help much on a very wet, dark evening. I got soaking wet trying to unlock the key safe, which is a very awkward location. When I called for assistance I was spoken too badly by a lady, which didn't help my mood. I definitely won't stay again
Nagyon szép és jól felszerelt apartman, és a városka Bécstől és Badentől sincs messze. Gumpoldskirchen is jó úticél a közelben. A SPAR közvetlenül a szomszédban könnyúvé teszi a bevásárlást. A Nespresso gép a kapszulákkal hasznos a reggeli kávé miatt. Az ágy kényelmes, és minden nagyon tiszta. A tévé kezeléséhez nem ártana egy leírás.

Just around the corner is the famous 'Golfclub Schloss Ebreichsdorf', as well as Europe's most modern horse racing track 'Magna Racino', which make sports enthusiasts hearts beat faster. In addition, the municipality offers attractions such as the glass museum and a schnapps tasting incl. a guided tour.
The good local supply with many restaurants and supermarkets, as well as the easy public connection, create great conditions for families, singles as well as couples who want to enjoy their trip quietly and relaxed.
