Liam's house was exactly what we were looking for to visit Connemara, the house is perfect with great views, and close to many point of interest!
Great stay at Liams place! Perfect host, great location, very clean and comfortable, big recommendation for anybody who wants to check out the connemara region or who just wants to have a relaxing time! We are gonna visit again!

Cleggan is a fishing village & less than 2km were you'll find a supermarket, bars & Olivers seafood bar & restaurant with live music depending on season.The ferry to Inisbofin (7km)also departs from Cleggan pier.
The area also hosts numerous quiet beaches inc.Omey island which is home to rare seabirds & wild life.
It is also a great area to cycle & has an abundance of hiking opportunities from low to mid range.
Other attractions inc Kylemore abbey,Connemara national park, Renvyle peninsula & cycling along the Connemara greenway.
Clifden town is 8km away with many historic sites including the infamous Sky road with outstanding views,restaurants & numerous bars with live Irish music
