Very nice apartment, it was best for it’s price at that time. Fully equipped, good design, looks new. Frank is a company, so they take time to react, they promised me to fix the sink and never did anything. Fortunately, receptionist is working with them, so he fixed all the problems for me when I asked. It’s far away from the center, you would need a car 100%. I was promised that they did full pest control and there is no cockroaches. I’ve lived for a month and had no problem leaving food on the table. However, at my last day there was a cockroach sitting on a light switch…
The apartments were exactly like at the pictures. We really enjoyed the area, its really quiet, even there is a mosque nearby. We had open balcony doors all the time and nothing was bothering us. If you have a sharp eyesight in the evening you even can see shining Burj Khalifa, JVC and Marina. The rooftop pool is really nice, but since its already winter season, its pretty cold there after sunset. We had a little cleaning issue in the beginning, but the company solved this immediately, like few minutes after our request. Highly recommend

Other nearby malls include Dubai Marina Mall, Mall of the Emirates and the world-renowned Dubai Mall. These shopping destinations can be reached within a 40-minutes drive. Palm Jumeirah Beach and JBR are one of the renowned beaches in Dubai are just 20 minutes drive.
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are easily booked through Uber and Careem through their applications that can simply be downloaded on your phone.
If you would like to explore the rest of Dubai via a train or tram, Danube Metro Station is around 17 minutes' drive. Go down to DMCC Metro Station and connect to the Tram Station from here if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. The train system will conveniently take you to other premier locations around the city, like Dubai Mall, the Mall of the Emirates, etc.
The bus stop stand is “Majestique” route going to Expo City - Dubai Metro, an approximately 20-minute interval for pick-up.
Supermarkets & Restaurants are a few minutes away with free delivery service within the vicinity.
Laundry Shops, Ladies’ & Men’s Salon / Spa & Pharmacy/Clinics - 24/7 are just minutes away from this development.
Not to mention the Dubai South Park, Garden Kid’s area nearby.
