I recently sold my home and was waiting to move into my new townhouse and needed a place to live in this process. The house is absolutely charming and beautifully appointed. The Ruffalo’s are wonderful hosts and I highly recommend this historical home. Extra bonus that it is so close to downtown Fort Mill, SC, fun shops and restaurants within walking distance. Great experience!

Great location, walkable, good restaurants, near the police station, comfortable bed, big space. Wasn't cleaned well, and we sent 3 pics. He said it was clean, that he was there that very morning to check. He did offer that we could cancel within an hour if we wanted, which was nice. I was already at the office and had unpacked the cars, so we stayed. Rice, beans, and meat in the sink strainer (sent photo), two used bars of soap in the shower, fingerprints on bath mirror and soap goo in cabinet & sink, red goo on fridge shelf, pet hairball and grass on the floor. The full trash bin wasn't taken to the curb (sent photo), and since it was trash day for the neighborhood, he must have also missed taking it to the curb as he confirmed everything that morning (neighbors' bins were out and instruction sheet said it was trash day). We ended up washing all the sheets and did enjoy the stay, but we won't return since he insisted he was there and it was clean - even after the pics.

I really enjoyed this charming historical home. I felt so comfortable and safe in this neighborhood. It’s close to town and that added to its enjoyment. Anthony is an outstanding host! He communicates well and is so responsive to any needs. He truly wants your stay to be perfect. I look forward to my next stay. Many thanks for everything!

We were moving here from out of state and needed a place to stay for a few weeks. It was the perfect location for us with lots of restaurants close by. We were even able to attend a local festival held right down the street! There is so much to see and do here. The place was very comfortable and we felt right at home.
