Ginny has been very responsive at every turn in this process of renting and staying at their vacation rental. My husband and I spent a month at the home. Let me start by saying that I am pretty persnickety and found this home easy to settle into. The house really is as described. The rooms are nice size with no unnecessary clutter. Each bedroom has large closets, full tile floors so no dirty carpet to worry about. Everything was in working order and we wanted for nothing. Gas grill in which we never ran out of gas. All cleaning supplies, towels, and bedding were provided. There was a shop vac in the garage that we used to keep the sand out of the car. Chairs for the beach and beach toys. The house is 20-30 minutes to the beach but we never really found this too much of a problem. We felt completely safe in the neighborhood. A neighborhood with only single family dwellings. All the neighborhoods in and around the house are VERY quiet.

This is a fabulous property. We were very comfortable here, due to the thoughtfulness of the hosts, reflected in their effort to provide everything we needed and in a quality fashion. The layout is great. The kitchen was very well equipped. The furniture was comfortable and just the right size for the rooms. We loved being able to use the garage for parking as well as loading/unloading. Quiet and safe neighborhood but close to main roads so we could drive where we wanted. Highly recommended!

This was my first Airbnb place that I have stayed at absolutely loved it. It was great being right in between friends and family and so many activities.

We stayed over the holidays and had a terrific time! This was honestly one of the better places we have rented! House is super cute, clean, and very well stocked!

Great house, great location & great host! The house was extremely clean and had everything we could possibly need. Ginny was quick with communication. And the extra touches like bottled water in the fridge and banana bread to the holiday decorations were a nice surprise. Check in was easy. My Mom & I arrived late at night and there were outdoor lights on to help with checking in.
