Artur’s place was perfect for my stay! It’s close to a lot, so I was actually able to walk to most places I wanted to go. It was peaceful and not too much noise! The space itself is even bigger than it appears in the photos and the bed was soo comfortable. For the price, the space and the location? You truly can’t go wrong. His instructions are clear and he responds fairly quickly. I would definitely stay here again & I’d recommend it to others. Artur is a great host!

Amazing place to stay in terms of location, space, cleanliness. Do note the initial door entry uses a phone app you need to install. Artur is very responsive to any questions you may have - just note the gate and intercom is not by the building, but it's in the alcove where the parking gate is. Also, the Union building is split and has separate access for Pandora and Fisgard(?), so be aware of entering the right doors. The guests and locals in the building were also friendly and helpful in guiding us (we passed many who commented on how it's like a maze). The parking spot is tucked away but easy to find by following the numbers along the way. The bedroom does not have a window, so leave the sliding doors open for ventilation (there is also a fan). The living room space is generous and comfortable. There will be some mild bass from the music of the spinning studio below in the morning, but if you are waking up and leaving early, it should not be an issue. Will consider staying again!
