Bedroom 2 mirrors this elegance with its own king-size bed, while bedrooms 3 and 4 offer cozy double beds, creating inviting spaces for rest and relaxation. Please note, the single bed offered is a fold out. When not in use this is stored under the double bed in bedroom 4. If you would like this making up, please mention this when booking. Adding to the versatility of this home, the downstairs features a fifth bedroom equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, ideal for guests or a convenient office space. The 2.5 bathrooms are tastefully decorated, ensuring convenience and modern amenities. The newly installed expansive kitchen features solid wooden cabinetry by Handmade Kitchens of Christchurch, including a copper topped kitchen island with built in microwave and wine cooler, new AGA with induction hob and quartz worktops. We had the best stay at Gemma's place, as a group of 8 adults and a 2yr old child. It is a beautiful home, super cosy and super clean. Gemma was a great host and replied quickly. The views are stunning. I particularly enjoyed the view from the sofa on the upstairs landing. We were lucky enough to have the weather to do a BBQ, and when the weather cooled in the evening, we enjoyed the cosy log fire. I'd 100% recommend and I'd like to return with my family!

Thank you Gemma for a great stay! We had such a lovely stay and the host was super friendly and communicative. The house was lovely. It would have been helpful to have a manual of how to use things around the house.
This was a perfect location for a long weekend away with our extended family - close to good road and rail links, well situated for our scattered family to join us. The house was as described in the details with a great family kitchen and dining area for large groups. The weather had been very wet so there was local flooding and we couldn't use the garden, but it would be lovely to sit outside in better weather. The village was small - the walk down to the White Hart was alongside the fairly busy main road but wasn't too long and the pub was very friendly, with good pub food. More detailed instructions would have been useful, eg for the TVs - we struggled to get basic terrestrial stations on any of them - and the microwave. There was a drawer full of handbooks and leaflets but not easy to sort through them. The heating was great but seemed erratic in its timing and when we checked the boiler clock was wrong by several hours. But overall a great house and a very helpful host.
