Cow Byres 1 AND 2 are two, two bedroomed cottages which interconnect. Beeches Farmhouse Self Catering Country Cottages in Bradford on Avon, has two types of accommodation. Firstly five ensuite rooms with all except one in converted farm buildings, each having their own front door key and patio area, giving you the independence to come and go as you please. There are three, two bedroomed self catering cottages. Cow Byre 1 & 2 can be interlinked to sleep up to 10 with additional guests accommodated in the ensuite rooms infront of the cottages.

The cottages were lovely with lovely views from bedroom window. Nigel was very quick to respond to my messages and allowed us to check in early as we had a family party to attend. The cleaning staff very friendly and even got us towels for our wet dog! Lovely fields to walk dog in the morning straight out of our front door. Only thing we could of done with was Instructions on heating and hot water but Nigel came and helped us with this anyway so very minor thing. All in All a very quiet and peaceful week away and easy to get to all the places we visited.

We had such a lovely stay at Nigel and Pauline’s. They were very welcoming and even introduced our children to their 4 day old chicks. Our children loved meeting all the animals. The cottages were very clean. The accommodation was perfect for my family and my sisters family to enjoy a holiday together but also have our own space when needed. The children also loved the games room. However, this could do with updating and a clean. Thank you Nigel and Pauline.

Ideally a car is required and we have our own car park.
Taxis are usually available outside the train station.
A mile away in Bradford on Avon there are buses to Bath and the trains take 15 minutes and drop you in the middle of Bath.
We are situated just off the road from Bradford on Avon to Holt and surrounded by fields. You can walk across one of the grassed fields to the pub, bus stop and into town.

We are Nigel and Pauline Stanley. Our experience in hospitality is matched by our passion for what we do. We've poured our love into Beeches Farmhouse, to create dog friendly holiday cottages and en suite rooms where guests can relax and make memories together. I, Nigel, have managed resorts and hotels in many incredible places, including Jordan, Bahrain, Bermuda, Antigua and Kenya. While working at The James's Club in Antigua for Peter de Savary, I met Pauline an accomplished florist. Our children were raised in these countries where they enjoyed an idyllic, slightly feral, upbringing. On our return to the UK, we fell in love with Bradford on Avon - it's a stunning part of West Wiltshire with charming villages, a strong community and a unique atmosphere. Choose from three 2-bedroom self-catering cottages or five en suite rooms in specially converted farm buildings. Inside, you'll discover cosy accommodation and home comforts. The grounds are dog-friendly with access to open fields. We're child-friendly too.
