We had a fantastic stay at Jules place. It was the perfect retreat for our family and comfortably accommodated 5 adults and 4 children. The house is very unique, it’s spacious, the garden is beautiful and the views down the valley are amazing. The house is clearly well loved, feels very lived in and not too precious so with 4 children with us it was perfect. It felt like a real find.

A beautiful family home, in a great location. But it is clearly a well-loved and lived-in family home, and that does come with the wear and tear of years of use. Some maintenance and new amenities would make it worth the money we paid, as it is a lovely home in a stunning location!

Fantastic stay and would highly recommend. This is a very large house, has everything you could think of and it easily accommodated 4 adults and 5 children for a week, massive garden for the children to play in and handy access on foot to the local countryside. We took a walk to Avoncliffe to the local pub, Cross Guns which is in a beautiful spot by the river and Viaduct. Access to Bath is easy and the house. The path down to the house would be tricky for those less mobile on their feet for future guests to be aware of.

A wonderful spot to base yourself for exploring Bath and surrounding area. Good walks and handy to local pubs. The house is large and comfortable.

This is a gorgeous big country house in a quiet setting overlooking a beautiful valley. We loved our stay! The house is clearly a home for the host's family, and as such, it feels so much more homely than many other airbnbs. The host was very welcoming, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. If we are ever needing accommodation in this area again, we will definitely return. Highly recommend.
