The Hilltop Hideaway was built in 2023 as a carriage home (a smaller, secondary dwelling) on J&F's acreage lot where they live. It is a fully detached, private, ground level entry, ranch style home. It is located in a quiet, highly coveted & upscale residential neighbourhood of Sooke called Saseenos. Saseenos is a locals-only spot with unspoilt nature & a micro-climate of warm weather. The famous Galloping Goose Trail is just a stones throw distance away providing for some of the best local trail walking & cycling around! Shops & restaurants are generally only a 5-10 minute drive away, though some are even walking distance! The area is peaceful & secluded! The build itself is a stunning 2 bed, 1.5 bath home with approximately 1,000 sq.ft of quality finished & beautifully furnished living space. In addition, we encourage travellers to bring either a walking stick or a bicycle (mountain or trail) to take in the beauty of the Galloping Goose Trail, accessed right down the road.
