Springbank was exactly what we wanted, warm, clean and a beautiful cottage. Dominic was very helpful and was very patient with my questions. Thank you we had a lovely time.
We enjoyed our stay and the cottage was lovely. However, the kitchen when we arrived was quite dusty and the table hadn't been wiped. There was also a problem with the heating which was coming on in the middle of the night but not in the evening when you needed it. It was clear that the timer on the boiler was out of sync and this should really have been checked before letting the property as the evenings were quite cold.
