The stay was amazing

Harry was very responsive throughout but we were disappointed that the driveway was snow covered though it hadn’t snowed in 3-4 days. Harry did send someone to shovel when I messaged. The next thing was that the water heater was broken and we had to wait 24 hours by the time it was replaced. It didn’t look like a new issue because one of the wires from the heater was disconnected. Also had to deal with having plumbers in the house the whole day though I was working from home. Again Harry was responsive when we informed him but it took a long time. Then the toilet paper was out. By this time we didn’t feel like calling Harry constantly so just went and got it. The most disappointing thing was the master bedroom. The bed was very uncomfortable and after two days, it turned out that it was not assembled correctly and the middle two supports were not even touching the ground. there was only one heating vent and an electric space heater which is not ideal for Chicago winters

Everything met expectations , and owner went out of his way to be responsive. Much appreciated on holiday weekend.
