This wonderfully furnished 2 bed, 2 bath condo with a pullout bed has stunning gulf and lakefront views. The kitchen is recently remodeled and this unit is centrally located in Destin with convenient access to all that Destin has to offer. Some of Destin’s top restaurants are a short walk from the condo. Amenities include: two pools, two hot tubs, two gyms, tennis courts, and grills. The deeded beach access is a 3 minute walk from the unit. Beach towels and beach chairs are included. This condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a pullout couch bed. A recently remodeled full kitchen with all new appliances is available for use. Additionally, this reservation will come with 6 beach towels and 5 beach chairs for your use.

Dylan was a good host and responsive. He notified us of buildng repairs where the water was cutoff, but it was rectified prior to our arrival. The condo was nice and clean. It's in a convenient location with restaurants, a grocery store, and shopping stores near by. Local traffic was heavier than expected. The beach is a short walk from the building. There were a few oversight items. We informed Dylan. He said that he'd take care of them and thanked us. We would book this location with Dylan again!
Dylan's place was clean and in a peaceful neighborhood. Lots of restaurants nearby and stores. Dylan responded fast to any questions we had. Highly recommended.
Everything was relatively clean and accommodating. Laundry machines with detergent for washing sandy clothes, cleaning dishes was easy, plates, and even the TVs in each room was especially nice for closing out the nights. The location of this place was also very good with great restaurants in all directions and the beach is only a short walk away.
We really our stay here and Dylan was very nice and helpful when I had a few questions! I recommend 10/10 !!

Guests will receive up to two parking passes to use in the private gated parking lot on the condo property. Ride sharing services such as Uber or Lyft are never far away and are available 24/7/365. The deeded beach access is a 3 minute walk and a tram to the beach may be available during the summer season.
