A really nice place to stay for a weekend snow trip. The place is not spacious but suitable for one or two persons. It's probably a 2-minute walk from a nearby dog park and midtown, where there are many good restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. They don't allow parking on the street, but the driveway can accommodate two cars parked in tandem. I was here for a snow trip to Palisades Tahoe, and it's roughly a 50-minute drive one way. Kim was very helpful and responsive. She made sure my check-in process was smooth and provided plenty of snacks at the place. I strongly recommend this place.
Very beautiful place, Kim was excellent! Walkable to downtown Reno, 2 car parking driveway for small car but there was street parking made it easier. Had my dogs with me and they enjoyed the back yard. Very comfy home. Thank you Kim for the wine :) Definitely a place to save for next vacation
I am sad to have to write a poor review, because the service was great and the sweet woman taking care of the property was so kind and accommodating. The decor and space was super cute and comfortable, but… I had to circle the block several times to find the space, the hot water in the shower only lasted 5 minutes. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was just a trickle and freezing cold. And the most frustrating part was supposed to be the dedicated parking space, because parking on the street was “prohibited” - per the hosts instructions! Well.. day 2 the people in the main house took back over the “designated” 1 car parking space that was said to be provided for my unit and I had to risk my rental car on the one-way street. This review is really meant to be constructive and a warning now that winter has hit… cold water is pretty rough during the winter. I imagine this property has a lot of potential. But I’ve never been more frustrated with an air bnb stay before.
This air Bnb was so cute and so cozy I never wanted to leave! I would stay again and recommend to anyone!
