The townhouse is in a newly developed area and we felt very safe in this neighbourhood. Very clean and Nick was extremely helpful/responsive in addition to being accommodating. Overall, the place had a great living room space to wind down and I love the layout. However it is a bit difficult to locate, especially when ordering an Uber, you got to make sure that you are typing in the postal code as well or it will take you to another spot (this is understandable as it's in a new area). The upside though is that the location is conveniently nearby restaurants and stores nearby. I would stay again next time I am in Surrey!
