Relax in the beautiful peace and quiet of Big Bass Lake. Every season is more beautiful than the last! Access two pristine beaches, tennis and basketball courts, an indoor/outdoor pool and fitness center. Come back to our family and pet friendly home with arcade games, hot tub, fire pit, large porch and a fully stocked kitchen. The best of the Poconos with access to many local attractions. **Guests must fill out a rental form and pay a $50 community fee after booking. NO smoking inside.** Our home is perfectly designed for multiple families to have ample space. There are two floors each with a living area, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The gameroom is on the first floor. There are two large TVs and fireplaces on each floor. Access the hot tub is via the bottom floor. There is a large porch on the second floor with lots of seating and a grill for meals with your family. *We recently water proofed the area under the porch so you can enjoy the hot tub and seating area even in the rain and snow!

Perfect for a small group weekend getaway! Everything listed was included in our experience, and hosts were always available and quick to respond. Will definitely be back when the weather is warmer to utilize the lake!
Had a fantastic time surrounded by nature! The place was cozy and had everything - hot tubs, fireplace, arcade games! Didn't even feel the need to leave. Will definitely come back later!
I can’t say enough great things about this home! We’ve stayed in many different AirBnB’s over the years and not had one this clean, welcoming, and cozy. While you can tell it’s an older home, the owners have done an amazing job modernizing it but keeping the “cabin on the lake” feel. We rented the place for a long weekend of relaxation and with the hot tub, video games, fireplaces, and kitchen full of any pots and pans you may need, we didn’t leave the house with the exception of a grocery store trip. The owner was clear and responsive with instructions and I never felt like there was an overwhelming amount of house rules like I have experienced with other rentals. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet weekend getaway with the family.
We had a great time! Great location and lots of activities to do in the house on a rainy day! Everything was very well kept and clean. Michael was very responsive and answered any questions or concerns very quickly!

Very woodsy, quiet and peaceful area with a mix of rentals and full time residents. Our home's backyard and patio are very private. There is an access point to the Larsen Lake dock at the end of Louis Lane, right through the backyard. The community beaches at Larsen Lake and Big Bass Lake are a quick drive away. Take quiet walks on Louis Lane and see deer, turkeys, and more. There is a set of train tracks across the street with a very occasional train.
Ample parking in our driveway, fits up to 6 cars. There are two gated entrances, one to Larsen Lake, one to Big Bass Lake.
