POOL HEATING: Please note that pool heat is not included in the rate. If you wish to heat the pool, the cost is $50 per night for the entire rental period (2-day minimum notice required). Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide SMART TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy! ATTENTION: This is a family neighborhood and there is a strict no noise nuisance policy. When enjoying the backyard you must be considerate of your noise levels. Your presence is NOT to impact the neighbors. Absolutely NO PARTIES or Noise Nuisance inside or outside, NO guests outside of the reservation, NO SMOKING or VAPING (Breaking any of these House Rules will result in an immediate eviction loss, of deposit and additional $1000 fine).
