This is an intimate and cosy stay! It's extremely peaceful and private - down a quiet side road and a long shared driveway. The best part of the place is the completely private sun drenched deck with a massive outdoor couch + BBQ - the perfect place to relax, eat, Facetime, or have a bevvy. The place is small, but extremely homely. Please note I live here (just me!) with my fellow fur baby Gino. The shared spaces are filled with bits and bobs from my travels, books, and plenty of photos. Your room is a decent size, with a lovely large timber desk with a monitor - perfect for those working remotely that need privacy. The view from the desk looks into trees creating a private view! Please note the bed is a pull out double sofa bed. I've made sure it's a comfy one! (Koala brand). The bedding is super lush - all Sheridan, 100% cotton, with extra throws and pillows. Please note when I don't have guests, I use the space as my office. The closet is not accessible to you or the file cabinet under the desk (locked). You'll have to bear witness to my degree on the wall also!

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. Plus, the little cat Gino is adorable and added an extra touch of joy to my stay. I truly appreciate being taken to the station. Highly recommended.
Staying at Kylie's Airbnb was an absolute delight! Kylie, with her warm and welcoming demeanor, ensured my privacy was respected while still being incredibly friendly. Gino, the irresistibly cute and cuddly cat, added an extra layer of charm to my stay❤️ Located just a leisurely 15-minute stroll from Oak Park station, the convenience of accessing the CBD was unparalleled, and discovering the delightful gelato shop around the corner was the cherry on top of an already perfect stay. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Kylie's place to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience.
