If you’re looking for a fun laid back getaway in a quiet beach town with the most amazing sunsets you’ve ever seen, we have a place for you! One bedroom apartment with king bed, an XL twin day bed, kitchenette and bathroom in brand new home. Completely separate from the main part of house. Short walk to the ocean and sound on each side. A real dream for kayakers and paddle boarders. Short drive or bike ride to coffee shop, ice cream shop, market and restaurants. Beach is quiet and never crowded.

Melissa’s place was very clean, cute, and in a great location. Almost exactly as listed, just missing amenities like dishes - plates, bowls, cups - and extra toilet paper.
Quiet accommodation next to the beach
Cute apartment in a great location! A short two blocks walk to public beach access and it's close to local Rodanthe amenities. I highly recommend Melissa's place!
Great place, like a hotel room, very clean and new!
Loved staying in Rodanthe at Melissa’s place. She was extremely responsive when we had a question and gave us all the information needed prior to our check-in. This is a newer built space, so all of the fixtures and appliances are very new and clean. There are thoughtful touches to deal with sand/beach like an outdoor shower, hose, and a little patio outside the room to place sandy belongings. The beach and the sound are steps away, as Melissa writes in her description, and we enjoyed both in our time there!
