This is a sweet gem of a place in a beautiful little area near parks and convenient to shops, groceries, a modern movie theater for a rainy day, and good restaurants. We were very impressed with the great use of space in this cozy, clean, and quiet apt. and the design elements that made it a treat--access to Bluetooth speaker, warm electric fireplace with colorful displays, wonderful shower-only bathroom with great hot water and pressure, and lots of windows to let in natural light. Had a very comfortable bed and a small, but functional kitchen with a good amount of dishes, utensils, and glasses/cups to use. Danielle was a very friendly and accommodating host. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Danielle's listing. Perfect size for the wife and I, and our dog was very comfortable there with the toys, snacks and dog bed left for him to use. Very centrally located to all the town of wells has to offer. We would be happy to stay there again. Thank you.

This is a wonderful little place for a cozy getaway! The second floor walk-up apartment is small but the space is used very well, with nice attention to details. It felt warm and homey, with thoughtful touches like snacks and dog treats, and fun extras like a color changing light in the bathroom. There were plenty of linens and dishes, and the new mattress was comfortable. Danielle was a very friendly and responsive host. The location is convenient to Ogunquit or Kennebunk, and a short drive from Wells beach. It was easy to find and as described. The only drawback for us was the narrow wooden staircase, which was a bit challenging for our old dog. Otherwise, this is a lovely and comfortable place to stay.

This place is so super cute and great for a couple of people. They are dog friendly and even provided a dog bed, toy and some treats. There were also some snacks provided (a great bonus)!

Nice upstairs apartment with nice sheets, towels and blankets and plenty of extras. Nice coffeemaker and snacks. Lots of info on nearby restaurants. Loved the electric fireplace operated with easy remote as well as new large TV. Quick responses to any questions. Highly recommend this apartment. We did not have a pet with us but they do allow pets.
