Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are 6 minutes from Brody School of Medicine and 10 from ECU main campus. This home offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms as well as a fenced in patio. This home is the perfect place for you and your family to enjoy Greenville! It is also ideal for travel nurses, health care professionals and students due to its proximity to the hospital, Brody Med, and ECU campus! On the first floor you will find a roomy master bedroom with a king size bed and a 55” tv. You will also find a bathroom with a walk-in closet, stand up shower, and bathtub! The kitchen is spacious with plenty of granite counter tops and all the essentials to cook a meal during your stay. Next to the kitchen you’ll find the dinning room with seating for 6. You’ll also have access to the laundry room with a washer and dryer. The living room has comfortable couches and also counts with a 55” smart tv. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a 55” tv, and its own private bathroom. Bedroom 3 also has a queen bed with a shared bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a futon (when open, the futon is the size of a queen bed) and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3.

I absolutely loved the home, the beds were comfortable, the home was clean, just a welcoming environment. Beautiful neighborhood with sidewalks so we could go for a walk each morning. The only thing that I would liked to have available was a toaster 😉
The place was very nice. We had a few hiccups but everything worked out great.
The house looks just like the photos. Beautiful location and easy to get around. Neighborhood is very quiet and nice. The host just needs to update the bedding, sheets and pillows definitely need replacing. Some of the bathroom toilet seats need replacing and the cleaning crew needy to tackle the base boards. The neighborhood is a duplex setting so it's not a single family home, which should be communicated upfront so anyone looking for a true single family dwelling won't be surprised upon arrival. The host needs to let her cleaning crew know to leave extra trash bags, toilet issue and paper towels. All in all excellent comfortable stay and would book again in the future if needed.
