Very cute, clean (spotless!), and spacious studio located on the lower floor of a 2-unit house just 15 minutes away (local) from South Lake Tahoe. It has its own private entrance. Nicely renovated with beautiful decor from Mexico. 1 reserved parking spot right on the property. There are 2 separate heaters: one electric fireplace and a portable heater, both provided more than enough heat to stay warm in the 30 degree weather! Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials (pots/pans, dishes and bowls, silverware) as well as a coffee maker and blender. Jane was a lovely host- extremely accommodating and very responsive. She gave lots of helpful advice about the airbnb and recommendations on things to do in Lake Tahoe. The mountain views from the private balcony/patio were just gorgeous!! Would love to come back next time I’m in Tahoe!

Jane’s property is beautiful. A very nice location on top of a hill with great views. Jane herself is wonderful, she gave us local recommendations and also offered to give us any supplies we would need in the kitchen. She made us feel at home. The only thing which was not super smooth was having to sign an agreement during check in which had multiple clauses and rules. Apart from that, it was a wonderful experience.
