House is quite near, convenience, peaceful and full of amenties, we love it. House need maintianace, but still possible to use well, totally we suugest this house for small group and taje time to relax

For the most part, it's exactly what you should expect based on the pictures and description. It's an older house in North Van. Unfortunately, while we were there we found ants in the living room and kitchen. Allen was responsive to messages, apologized and promised to have somebody inspect the problem. Maybe back luck on our part but we don't want to stay in a place with a bug problem.

Both Allen and the property were spectacular. As a production company operating out of Vancouver, we book artists and performers who visit the city. Of all the experiences we've had renting for guest this was by far the best in every way. The host was extremely gracious and kind in accommodating us even though they arrived in town 3 hrs early. Allen was always on hand and supported from the first till the last moment. The property itself is very spacious and accommodating. Everyone had an incredible time in the home and will absolutely come back and we will actively book this place for all future visitors. Many thanks to Allen for his generosity and hospitality. Looking forward to many more stays there!
