Peaceful private room in this beautiful apartment. Apartment has several amenities, 10 minutes walking distance to Harbour Town shopping centre, the largest outdoor mall in Australia, public transport from the mall. 10 minute drive to the beach, 10 minutes to the Broadwater Parklands for watersports, 15 minutes to the suburb of Southport with great restaurants, 20 minutes to Surfers Paradise and so much more. Visitor parking is available for short durations, free street parking is available. The apartment is within a beautiful Resort-style apartment with views of the Broadwater Guest will have access to Pool, Hot tub, Sauna, Gym and a smart TV with Netflix There is shared access to the kitchen, dining, living area. Guests have access to a private bathroom with a bathtub. Disclaimer: The window in the room overlooks the living area The apartment is a short walk from Harbour Town shopping centre where you can watch movies, enjoy the arcade, lovely coffee shops, and restaurants. It also boasts many outlet shops, a fresh fruit market, and access to transit if you don't have a car. All the main amusement parks in Gold Coast are only a 20 minute drive away! Dip into the hot tub after a long day exploring the city, or early morning gym prior to setting out for the day

My friend and I stayed at Bena and Narrisas Airbnb while we were at the Gold Coast for a week. This place was exactly how they described it to be; all the utilities listed were given, the location allowed us to get to restaurants and shopping centers within a 3minute walk and we also had access to a sauna, gym, spa and pool anytime we wanted while we were there. Bena and Narrisa are amazing hosts who made us feel very welcomed and right at home! They’re the loveliest and we recommend if you’re visiting the Gold Coast, this is the place to be!

Great two ladies Bena and Narissa. Place was easy to find and matched the description. Close to harbour town and other tourist spots. Would like to book again if we ever visit GC.

The neighbourhood is generally quiet and peaceful. Biggera Waters is surrounded by canals, which you can view from the apartment and also take a walk around the property which has a Broadwater pathway in the back. There's a restaurant and pub right across from the apartments as well as outdoor outlets for shopping which also have a cinema, grocery stores and arcade that are only a 10 minute walk away.
You are able to walk to some amenities like the outlets. You can take a bus from the harbourtown outlets which can take you to Southport (takes about 30 minutes). If you have a car, everything is within a 10-30 minute drive, including the amusement parks, Surfers Paradise and lots of beaches. Ubers from here to Southport will be around $12-$20.
