We spent 4 nights in this apartment. Overall, it was worth the price. Location was amazing and save. Internet didn't work so well. We had tea and coffee, great kitchen with lots of plates, glasses and cutlery. The bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the couch as a bed but seemed also very comfortable. The view is very nice and calm was appreciated. The closest beach is very nice, not too expensive and animated at night. The mall is reachable by foot, so practical.. I would definitely recommend this place, very good price for what you get.

**ALERT**WATER**PRESSURE Negatives first… If you have hair longer than 5cm then you will struggle with the water pressure. Its terrible. Can barely wash the soap from your body and the shower head is in a really awkward position. God forbid you flush the toilet before showering as it’s even worse for about 5 minutes. Avoid any use of the water in the studio while you shower, including washing machine and kitchenette sink. The place needed a deeper clean. There were dead flies in the bathroom and dusty around the studio. The mirrors were dirty. Noisy from the cars passing but again this could be resolved by adding a proper seal to the doors Positives… Location is amazing. View is amazing. Lovely balcony to sit out on. Always found parking. Air conditioning is good. Pictures match the property. Plenty of place for clothes (need more hangers) All in all it was a nice stay. But get that water pressure sorted guys. I’m not the first guest to mention it. Thanks

had a fabulous time here in Jumeirah Palm fabulous location with Nakheel Mall glorious beach clubs and the marina within walking distance

Overall I really loved the apartment- great spot close to shops and the Marina . The only issue is the water pressure is very low in kitchen and bathroom so a little challenging when showering and washing hair . However overall I loved the apartment.

Sin duda un estudio muy bien ubicado, con una vista espectacular, el apartamento es moderno y tiene zonas de interés muy cerca, incluso en el mismo edificio hay un restaurante muy bueno y caminando puedes ir al mall. El apartamento estaba un poco lleno de polvo pero asumo puede ser por las brisas de la época. Lo que sin duda si mejoraría es EL BAÑO. La ducha es muy débil para bañarse y lavars el cabello es una tortura por la poca fuerza del agua y lo escaso que sale. Sería lo único q mejorar del apartamento.
