Chydour is a contemporary, ground-floor apartment resting on the outskirts of Penzance, Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The living area is open plan with a kitchen containing an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher, dining seating for four people, and a sitting area with a Smart TV with Freeview, Amazon Firestick, DVD player and selection of DVDs. There are two king-size bedrooms, one of which is zip/link, along with a bathroom. Outside there is off-road parking for one car. Within 0.8 miles, there is a shop and pub. One well-behaved dog is welcome, but smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburner, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This property is the ground floor apartment of the owner's property. Chydour welcomes couples, families and friends to explore Cornwall's sparkling coast.

Wir waren zu zweit, 5 Nächte in der Wohnung untergebracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, übersichtlich und gut eingerichtet mit allem, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht. Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist im Inserat ausführlich beschrieben, wir waren jedoch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs und mussten uns zuerst zurecht finden, da wir keine Informationen hatten, wie Cottage Chydour vom Bahnhof Penzance erreichbar ist. Das ist keine Kritik, nur eine kleine Anregung.

Penzance, with its winding alleys, shops, bars, restaurants, and harbour, is a must-see. It is both the starting point and the harbour for day voyages to the Isles of Scilly. The South West Coast Path, which passes through Penzance on its route to Land's End, weaves its way along the clifftops. Golowan, the Midsummer Carnival, and the Literary Festival are all held in Penzance. The location is ideal for exploring this country of Celtic myth and legend, with much to do and see in the nearby area to keep the whole family entertained.
