Welcome to our charming Victorian cottage in the heart of Balaclava! This newly renovated gem offers the perfect blend of historic elegance and modern comfort. Explore the vibrant neighbourhood with cafes, bars, and restaurants just steps away. Stroll to public transport in less than a minute for easy access to St Kilda's attractions. Whether you're out and about or cozied up inside, you'll love your stay here! This expansive Victorian cottage exudes timeless charm. Its grand facade is adorned with original cast iron detailing. Inside, the spacious bedrooms are a perfect blend of Victorian elegance and modern comfort. The generous outdoor entertaining area boasts plush seating, large shade umbrella and Gas BBQ along with a newly decorated outside toilet (for those busy times when the other is busy) creating an ideal setting for gatherings with friends.

We had a great stay at Julie's place. Perfectly located, very clean, and really comfortable beds! We'll definitely try to book again when we're next in Melbourne!
A very cute cottage well appointed with everything we required included. Julie has thought of everything needed and supplied wipes, books etc for travelling with toddlers. Will definitely stay here again.

For our annual boys trip to the Melbourne Grand Prix, we stayed at Julie's place and it was perfect. There are three large rooms with queen sized beds, a large lounge room, kitchen and a study. The backyard was perfect for our boy's weekend - it has a nice grill, outdoor lounge furniture and a nice dunny. Julie was super nice, friendly, and responsive. Six stars out of five!
