Explore hiking and biking trails, and marvel at the local wildlife (We have 3 deer that currently sleep under the decks at night and often wonder into the backyard). Three restful bedrooms feature sleeping for 10, TVs in every room so kids can watch their own shows or movies as they unwind from exploring everything the mountains have to offer all day. It's the perfect sanctuary for a tranquil escape or for a group of golfers looking for a great place to stay with the crew as they play some of the greatest golf courses in the Sierra Nevadas all just a stone's throw away. Quickly and easily walk to the town of Graeagle for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, or just for good company and a nightcap at the Knotty Pine. If pickleball or Tennis is your thing, we are just a block from the courts! You will love this home! If you like to BBQ we have two! Colby’s place was exactly like the photos. The pool table was an added bonus that my family enjoyed.
Was the second stay here couldn’t ask for anything else nice place great to deal with easy check-in. Definitely use again.
His house great. We rented it for our kids and grandkids. There were 4 adults and 4 kids. More than enough room. He was very responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend his house.

Incredibly quiet neighborhood located in the heart of Graeagle. Easily walk to all restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The Tennis and Pickle Ball courts are a block away from the house. Close to all the great golf courses in the area, and literally a couple blocks from the Graeagle Golf Course. We have 4 kids and they ride their bikes all day long around the neighborhood. There's a huge wooded area in front of the cabin where the kids play all day and is easily visible from the front room and front porch of the cabin.
Plenty of parking in front of the home as well as in front of the garage and in the garage.

Friendly, outgoing business owner at my family owned business that I founded. I thoroughly enjoy my family and friends company, and love to meet new people. I live with my girlfriend of 2 years and our 4 kids (my two and her two). We have a 5 year old yellow lab who is our 5th child. I love to golf, hunt, fish, etc.
