The pros: Good amount of space, lots of beds The cons: Located right on the train line - we are not exaggerating when we say we did not sleep a wink. The train will pass through all night, every hour, and you WILL wake up every time.

We really enjoyed our stay, host was always responding fast, good wifi, made us feel at home..Only a few issues but found a dirty shirt and dirty towel behind toliet, split coffee was on the kitchen floor, didnt have a microwave to pop popcorn, no creamer for the coffee..Everything else was really nice, to me parking not well lighted up but I never felt unsafe I was more worried about one of my 4 kids tripping over there 2 left feet..It honestly was a very pleasant stay beds are comfortable we all slept very well..we definitely would stay here again!

Very responsive and friendly host, large unit, large parking spaces, private and safe location, good water pressure, fluffy towels and pillows, good lighting throughout unit. Plenty of cookware and dishes to cook meals, good wifi, plenty of choices for watching TV in the large living room. The extra bed in the living room was perfect for lounging around after a long day. The unit was close to UIUC, restaurants and grocery stores with Walmart and Aldi’s just across. The unit is located beside Rte 45 so road noise was present but it is also beside the railroad tracks so every time a train passes you will hear the warning bells/chimes for the intersection, the locomotive horn that starts from far away and the noise lasts a few minutes as these are supply trains. The trains were passing around every 2 hours the 2 nights we stayed and the unit would vibrate as the trains would pass. It is also beside a pet/dog boarding kennel and we would hear dogs start barking around 630 am every morning.
